ONE GREAT SUMMER SUMMARIZED:  Putting It All Together

The Texas tropical sun and clear blue skies shone just a bit brighter as Summer and ESL campers put all their learned leadership and team building skills into practical application on Monday afternoon, July 21st.  There was plenty of enthusiasm and high-fives from all directions upon completion of each of the assigned challenges – the entire afternoon was clearly a celebration of campers’ triumphs over the past four weeks of a summer obviously “well-spent”. 

Take a good look at the photographs – Moms, Dads, Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts, Uncles, and friends – where else in the world have you seen 12 teenaged young men work TOGETHER, inch-by-grueling inch, as they“jaunt” from Point A to B… 24 sneakers secured atop two 2”X4”X10” boards using only handheld ropes for stability…and all the while enjoying the time of their lives?!?   These are the few, the proud, the accomplished CAMPERS of Marine Military Academy…OORAH!
