"So, what types of things can YOU do to be a good citizen?" questions Chaplain Elliott following the short film portraying teenagers discussing community service projects. For a long moment, campers bask in the coolness of the dark auditorium. Simultaneously, two hands shot up from opposite ends of the bright red cushioned auditorium seats, followed by a torrent of others. A smile flickered across Chaplain Elliott's face as he nodded agreement with campers' enthusiastic responses. "And, when you do these things that help others, how does that make you feel?" he queries. "GOOD, SIR, VERY GOOD!" retorts the campers in LOUD unison.
